At Veroq, we transform agricultural waste into regenerative resources for the planet. Our eco-friendly fertiliser is made by combining chicken manure—a highly potent organic material—with biochar, a carbon-rich substance produced through pyrolysis. This process not only stabilises the nutrients in manure but also delivers significant environmental benefits.
By treating and composting chicken manure with biochar, we drastically reduce methane emissions, which would otherwise be released during natural decomposition. The biochar also helps trap ammonia, preventing harmful nitrogen loss and reducing odour, while its porous structure neutralises pathogens, making the final product safer for both soil and plant life. The result is a high-performance, sustainable fertiliser that enhances soil fertility, locks carbon into the ground, and supports healthier ecosystems—all while helping tackle climate change head-on.
